If you are a presenter, you have a guaranteed spot. If you have not registered for the conference, please send us an email so we can complete your registration and payment.

The deadline for early registration was November 17, 2025.

The late registration fee is €70 for the conference alone, €120 if you wish to attend the conference dinner*. Lunches are included for all.

The dinner will take place on Thursday, December 18, at Indonesian restaurant Djakarta from 19.00.

*NB: Students of Utrecht University who are not presenting work may visit the conference for free, but please do register using the registration form below. If you wish to attend the conference dinner, you will only pay the dinner fee.
