Talks: 20 minutes total (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A). You can mail your material to us (j.dotlacil@uu.nl and cpl2025@uu.nl ) or you may use your own laptop, but please check whether everything works in one of the breaks before your talk.

Poster spotlight talks: Each presenter will give a maximum 4-minute spotlight talk. Please keep your slides simple and visual, and avoid animations. The first slide should be a title page – it should only show the title of the poster, the author names and affiliations, no other content. Send your slides to j.dotlacil@uu.nl and cpl2025@uu.nl  by Tuesday the 16th as one pdf file (file name: PosterNumber_LastName.pdf).

Posters: A0 size, portrait orientation. Spotlight posters from the same day will also be displayed during the poster session.
